The uniquely designed Venice-style Access Resort in Phuket is well located, only a 10-minute walk or 3-minute ride from the beautiful Karon Beach. Guests enjoy a one-way shuttle service from the property to Karon Beach. Free WiFi access is available in the lobby and restaurant areas.
Every room features direct pool access. Room service arrives by Thai boat rowed by the friendly staff. Enjoy direct pool access from each terrace and excellent cocktails at the swim-up bars in a resort which is as special as its location.
The relaxation offered by 5 outdoor free-form pools is perfectly complemented by many types of massage and a full range of treatments offered at The Access Spa. The property is a 20-minute drive to Patong and a 30-minute drive to Central Festival. Phuket Airport is a 1-hour drive away.

- June 1 – June 15, 2025: Removal of seating in the Blue Wing swimming pool (Loud noise during dismantling process)
- June 16 – August 31, 2025: Swimming pool tile and gutter drain repairs (Occasional loud noise may occur)
Working Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 hrs. (Lunch break from 12:00 – 13:00 hrs.)

- Guests who have booked Pool Access Deluxe (Blue Wing) or Pool Suites during this period will be offered the following options:
- Alternative Room Type: Relocation to Pool Access Deluxe (Green Wing)—a quieter area with a reduced room rate.
